Our Returns & Refund Policy

Mail & Web Orders

Goods may be exchanged provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase in a saleable condition, accompanied by a receipt.

Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for a refund.  the amount of the refund or credit will be the invoice amount less the shipping and handling charge or other prepaid postage charges.

Returns will not be provided for software products if they are not sealed in the original packaging and/or have been installed.

The IIA is not responsible for merchandise damaged while being returned to us and will not issue credit or refund. The customer will be responsible for filing claim with shipper.

The IIA will not issue a refund or credit for discontinued merchandise.
